Your check in will be responded to then. If you send it Thursday, a response is not guaranteed that day.

After filling out your questionnaire:
I will assign you your initial macros based on your goals/body type/activity level/etc.
You will check in every 5-7 days with a check in form provided on your transformation package document!
I will make adjustments to your macros and cardio weekly to get you optimum results!
Package also includes supplementation recommendations, flexible dieting guideline/how-to, the type of cardio with various options, and a recommended grocery list!
