AT-HOME 5 DAY WORKOUT SPLIT
Can't make it to the gym? Everyone has to start somewhere, and this is a quick 5-day split I whipped up to help you burn some calories--even when you're stuck at home with no equipment or weights available!
-A few exercises require a workout band. They can be done without, but having a couple resistance bands on hand would be very helpful!
